Anna Kendrick started auditioning for Broadway shows at the age of ten. She was 12 years old when she received her first role in a major stage production in High Society. She was a talented young performer , who received numerous awards and nominations. Later in 2003, she was in the musical A Little Night Music. The film was her debut at age 15 in Camp. Kendrick was nominated for the performance, and also for her performance in Rocket Science 2007 at age 15.
